The High Voltage Preconstruction Project Manager will lead preconstruction for HV projects, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and coordinate with clients and internal teams. This role is fully remote in the United States and discusses location specifics in interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading preconstruction activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage electrical projects from 12kV through 500kV+ systems.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop project execution strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from project inception through construction turnover.
