The role covers budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, procurement strategy, and client coordination to ensure seamless handoffs from concept to construction. The position is fully remote, with responsibilities spanning projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• ~ 7+ years of experience in electrical construction, high-voltage projects, estimating, or project management.
• ~Experience with substations, transmission lines, utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, or industrial electrical projects.
• ~ Experience managing projects exceeding $10M preferred.
• ~ Electrical codes and industry standards
• ~ Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for high-voltage electrical projects ranging from 12kV through 500kV+ systems.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
• Develop project execution strategies that align with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate preconstruction deliverables from project inception through construction turnover.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals; ensure alignment between estimates, schedules and execution plans.
