Job summary

Humana's Pharmacy Process Engineering organization is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Professional to apply predictive analysis, people metrics, and reporting to drive staffing decisions across Medicaid Inpatient and Outpatient Utilization Management. You will blend strategic planning with daily execution to ensure staff deployment and service delivery in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Verint.
• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs in Medicaid UM using real-time data, trends, and demand fluctuations.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management with policy compliance.
• Assess staffing requirements and recommend solutions to meet immediate and future goals.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing needs for department and segment.
• Demonstrate understanding of organizational strategy and link it to workforce decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to support operational execution and strategic initiatives.
• Make independent decisions and resolve issues in evolving situations.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor and report workforce metrics and adjust plans for optimal performance.
