Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform short-range and intermediate forecasting for staffing needs in Medicaid UM with real-time data and trends.
• Administer scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management to policy.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions to meet workforce goals.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing to support department and segment goals.
• Demonstrate understanding of organizational strategy and link to workforce decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to support operational execution and strategic initiatives.
