Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Workforce Management Professional to blend advanced analytics with operational staffing in our Medicaid UM services. You will forecast needs, manage scheduling, and analyze staff metrics to support enterprise and daily execution.

You will collaborate with leaders to optimize staffing, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and drive improvements in engagement and performance within a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Verint expertise for workforce planning.
• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience partnering with leaders.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs for Medicaid UM with real-time data and trends.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions for near and long term.
• Provide analyses of talent and staffing to support goals.
• Align workforce decisions with departmental and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to support execution and initiatives.
• Make independent decisions in evolving environments.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor workforce metrics and adjust plans to improve performance.
