Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Verint.
• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs for Medicaid UM using real-time data, trends and demand fluctuations.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence management with policy compliance.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose solutions for immediate and future workforce goals.
• Provide analysis of talent and staffing needs to support department and segment goals.
• Align workforce decisions with organizational strategy and department goals.
• Collaborate with leaders to support execution and strategic initiatives.
• Make independent decisions in evolving circumstances.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and Puerto Rico laws and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor and report on workforce metrics; adjust plans to optimize performance and engagement.
