Job summary

Remote work is available, with standard Mon-Fri hours, Eastern Time. You will forecast staffing needs, oversee scheduling and attendance, and provide actionable insights to leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workforce Management experience.
• Experience collaborating with leaders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing needs for Medicaid UM using real-time data and demand trends.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and absence tracking.
• Assess staffing requirements and propose workforce solutions.
• Provide analysis to support department and segment goals.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and Humana guidelines.
• Monitor and report workforce metrics to optimize performance.
