Harte Hanks, a global marketing services firm, is seeking Non-Licensed Healthcare Customer Representatives to provide remote support to our healthcare clients. You will assist customers with empathy, document call attempts, and resolve routine questions across multiple windows while working from home.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year call center experience, strong English skills, a High School diploma, and are comfortable with flexible shifts, including holidays and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year or more call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical/Medicare terminology helpful.
• Ability to communicate through verbal and written English.

Responsabilités

• Document outbound call attempts and results.
• Work closely with internal and external Consumer Customers.
• Provide remote support and resolve issues across multiple windows.
