Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to support Strategic Account Executives in expanding the ADC Diabetes Care portfolio within health systems in the Chicago Metro and Wisconsin. This field-based, remote role focuses on designing, implementing, and adopting health-system solutions that integrate ADC products with clinical workflows.

A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in clinical consulting, field sales, or related medical-device roles are required, with 50–75% travel.

• 5+ years in clinical consulting, field sales, or medical device industry.
• Strong problem solving, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.
• Experience with change management and training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAEs to develop account strategy and execution plans at priority health systems within assigned territory.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders at healthcare facilities and HQ at target health systems throughout the clinical workflow advisory, implementation, and adoption process.
• Conduct workflow analyses and consult on workflow changes with new functionality and solutions in ADC’s portfolio.
• Support solution implementation across customer facilities, partnering with internal technical specialists as needed.
• Facilitate change management, testing, and training for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.
• Provide staff support and training on workflows for onboarding patients.
• Define and document desired outcomes and KPIs according to identified needs.
• Engage with IT/EMR professional organizations and share knowledge and lessons learned.
