Abbott is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to support adoption of the Abbott Diabetes Care portfolio in health systems across the Chicago Metro area and Wisconsin. You will collaborate with SAEs to drive solution implementation, engage clinical and administrative stakeholders, and ensure successful integration of ADC devices and workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of work experience in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, systems analysis, or related medical/biotech fields.
• Excellent problem solving, relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
• Process management with end-to-end mapping and systems analyses.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with SAEs on account strategy and execution within priority health systems.
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders across clinical workflows and HQ.
• Analyze existing workflows and advise on changes for new ADC functionality.
• Support solution implementation with internal technical specialists as needed.
• Facilitate change management, testing, and training plans for transitions.
• Provide staff training on workflows for onboarding patients.
• Define outcomes and KPIs per customer needs.
• Engage as an active member of IT/EMR implementation communities and share knowledge.
