Job summary
Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to drive ADC portfolio adoption in health systems across the Chicago Metro and Wisconsin regions. You will partner with Strategic Account Executives, design and implement workflows, and ensure successful training and adoption of new solutions within clinical environments.
Remote-based role with significant travel (50–75%). Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in clinical consulting, sales, or related fields are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, systems analysis, or related medical device/biotech roles.
- Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SAEs on account strategy within assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare facility stakeholders.
- Analyze workflows and advise on changes with ADC solutions implementation.
- Support solution implementation with internal technical teams.
- Facilitate change management, testing, and comprehensive training plans.
- Provide staff training on workflows for onboarding patients.
- Define outcomes and KPIs per customer needs.
- Engage with professional IT/EMR orgs to share knowledge.
