Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to support SAEs in driving adoption of ADC Diabetes Care products across health systems in Chicago Metro and Wisconsin. This remote role focuses on CGM solutions and integration with clinical workflows.

You will partner with clinical and administrative stakeholders, lead workflow analyses, coordinate implementation with internal specialists, and help set KPIs. 50-75% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of clinical consulting, field sales, or related roles.
• Experience with systems analysis and change management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAEs on account strategy and execution plans at priority health systems within assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders across healthcare facilities and HQ at target health systems throughout the clinical workflow advisory, implementation, and adoption process.
• Conduct existing workflow analyses and advise on workflow changes that are needed with the implementation of new functionality and solutions in ADC’s portfolio.
• Support solution implementation across customer facilities, effectively partnering with internal technical specialists as needed.
• Facilitate proper change management, ensure testing of the solution, and establish training for a smooth transition to the customer.
• Define and document desired outcomes and KPIs according to identified customer needs.
