Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to drive adoption of the ADC Diabetes Care portfolio across health systems in a remote US territory. You’ll partner with SAEs to design and implement solutions, engaging clinical and administrative stakeholders through the adoption lifecycle.

You will analyze workflows, support solution deployment, and lead change management efforts, including training staff and defining KPIs for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, systems analysis, or related roles
• Excellent problem solving, relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to craft and deliver change management actions and communications
• Willingness and ability to travel 50–75%

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAEs on account strategy and execution plans at priority health systems in assigned territory.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders at healthcare facilities and HQ during clinical workflow advisory, implementation, and adoption.
• Analyze existing workflows and advise on changes during ADC portfolio implementation.
• Support solution implementation across customer facilities with internal technical specialists.
• Facilitate change management, testing, and a comprehensive training plan for smooth transitions.
• Provide staff training on workflows for onboarding patients.
• Define and document outcomes and KPIs based on customer needs.
• Engage with IT/EMR implementation organizations (e.g., HIMSS, AMIA) to share knowledge.
