Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist to support the Diabetes Care portfolio across a Chicago Metro and Wisconsin territory. This remote role partners with strategic account executives to drive adoption of CGM and related solutions within health systems.

You will analyze clinical workflows, guide implementation, and provide training, while coordinating with internal specialists to ensure outcomes align with customer needs. Travel up to 50–75% may be required for on-site support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, or related medical device/biotech roles.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives to shape account strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders in health systems.
• Analyze workflows and advise on changes when implementing ADC solutions.
• Support implementation and training, ensuring successful adoption of products.
• Define outcomes and KPIs for customer engagements.
