Abbott is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Specialist (ESS) for the Diabetes Care division in a remote, field-based role. You will support Strategic Account Executives to drive adoption of ADC product portfolio, including CGM, across health systems in the Chicago Metro and Wisconsin region.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to design, implement, and integrate solutions, manage change, and train staff on workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in clinical consulting, field sales, product marketing, or related medical device/biotech experience.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsabilités

• Develop account strategy with SAEs for priority health systems within assigned territory.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders at facilities and HQ across clinical workflow advisory, implementation and adoption.
• Analyze existing workflows and advise on changes during ADC portfolio implementation.
• Support solution implementation with internal technical specialists as needed.
• Lead change management and training for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer.
• Provide staff training on workflows for onboarding patients.
• Define and document desired outcomes and KPIs per customer needs.
• Participate in IT/EMR implementation groups and share knowledge.
