• Oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through implementation, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to hit milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and workplans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, schedules, and meeting notes; manage PMO standards and templates.
