Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of project coordination or related experience is implied in the offer details.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and client implementations is reflected in responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across client implementations and internal projects.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, meeting notes, action item logs, risk/issue logs, and other documentation.
• Schedule and organize meetings; capture notes, decisions and follow-up items; distribute agendas.
