Job summary

Softheon is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee and optimize corporate processes, drive operational excellence, and support strategic initiatives in a fast-paced healthtech environment, where collaboration and data-driven decision making are valued.

The role requires managing cross-functional teams, budgeting, project delivery, and talent development, with remote-first flexibility, occasional in-person HQ visits, and the expectation to reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years in business operations, project management, or related role in healthcare or technology.
• At least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in a STEM field is required.
• Excel experience required; SQL experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity, quality, and compliance.
• Develop and execute strategic plans; analyze data to inform decisions.
• Manage projects and budgeting for the operations department.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and maintain thorough documentation.
• Participate in interviews and mentor team members; support company culture.
