Job summary

Healthtech Inc. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support healthcare technology initiatives, governance, and reporting within a PMO.

The role involves coordinating program activities, maintaining RAIDC logs, dashboards, and status updates, and liaising with stakeholders across teams. You will contribute to managed services transitions, EHR/Epic projects, and infrastructure initiatives in a predominantly remote setting.

Qualifications

Five or more years supporting healthcare programs, projects, transitions, or healthcare IT initiatives.
Experience coordinating program activities in healthcare, managed services, consulting, or technology environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience managing risks, issues, action items, and escalations.

Responsibilities

Support one or more healthcare programs and projects through all phases of the lifecycle.
Coordinate program activities, meetings, workshops, and governance reviews.
Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
Set up and administer SharePoint repositories and RAIDC logs.
Assist teams in tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
