Job summary

Softheon seeks a Project Coordinator to join the Project Management team in a remote-capable role. You will support client implementations, maintain documentation, and coordinate cross-functional activities to keep projects on track.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. A CAPM/SAFe is a plus, with on-site visits as needed in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 0-2 years of project coordination or admin experience.
• Healthcare, SaaS, or implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities across client implementations and internal projects.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, meeting notes, action logs, and risk/issue logs.
• Prepare materials for project status meetings and executive updates.
• Track milestones and ensure timely PM follow-ups and escalations.
