Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the in-home preventive care program. You will translate program requirements into reliable workflows, support field clinicians, and coordinate with partners to ensure high-quality visits.

The role is primarily remote but candidates must reside in Raleigh, NC or surrounding area, with occasional local travel for clinician ride-alongs and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare operations or administration.
• Experience leading or coordinating a clinical or operational team.
• Ability to manage multiple systems, trackers, and reports while troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, training, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare portals, dashboards, and device workflows.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations for the Preventive Health Visit program.
• Monitor queues and trackers to identify barriers and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop workflows, job aids, escalation paths, and standard work as the program grows.
• Coordinate issue resolution related to eligibility, scheduling, documentation, and device reports.
• Lead clinicians and staff, set priorities, and ensure accountability.
• Manage PTO approvals, time sheets, and Workday tasks; address staff questions.
• Partner with clinical leadership to reinforce safe, patient-centered care.
• Track operational performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
