CenterWell Home Health is seeking an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the Preventive Health Visit program. You will translate program requirements into reliable workflows, support field clinicians, coordinate with partners, and manage systems, devices, reporting, and issue resolution to deliver high-quality visits.

The role combines people leadership, program operations, partner management, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, operations, nursing, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare operations and leading or coordinating the work of a clinical or operational team.
• Ability to manage multiple systems, trackers, reports, and priorities while troubleshooting issues.
• Strong communication, training, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with healthcare portals, dashboards, and device workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations for the Preventive Health Visit program.
• Monitor operational work queues and trackers to identify barriers and opportunities to improve process.
• Develop and maintain workflows, job aids, escalation paths, and standard work as the program grows.
• Coordinate issue resolution involving member eligibility, scheduling, visit documentation, and device reports.
• Lead and support clinicians and operational staff with clear priorities and accountability.
• Manage PTO approvals, time sheets, Workday tasks, and day-to-day staff questions.
• Partner with clinical leadership to reinforce safe and patient-centered care.
• Track operational performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
