Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking an Manager, Operations Support to back field operations and drive process improvements in Georgia with statewide travel. The role focuses on client authorizations, billing accuracy, and service delivery by leveraging EMR systems and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with Field Leadership, Case Management, and Finance to resolve escalations, optimize revenue cycles, and support implementation of new workflows and systems while maintaining exceptional

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of healthcare or home care operations including authorizations, billing, and service coordination.
• Experience navigating EMR systems and healthcare technology platforms.
• Knowledge of A/R, billing workflows, payer authorizations, and revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to field leadership and branch teams to ensure efficient, consistent service delivery and achievement of business objectives.
• Oversee and monitor client authorizations, ensuring timely approvals, renewals, accurate documentation, and continuity of services.
• Support accounts receivable and billing processes, identifying discrepancies and resolving authorization-related billing issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Case Management partners, referral sources, and internal stakeholders.
• Navigate EMR and other healthcare systems to review client records and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyze operational reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Billing, Operations, and other departments to resolve escalated issues.
• Support implementation of new systems, workflows, and change management initiatives.
• Provide operational insights and reporting to leadership for strategic decisions.
