Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare/operations field.
• Experience in healthcare operations and leading or coordinating a clinical/operational team.
• Ability to manage multiple systems, trackers, and priorities while troubleshooting issues.
• Strong communication, training, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with learning portals, dashboards, and device workflows.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations for the Preventive Health Visit program.
• Monitor queues and trackers to identify barriers and improve processes.
• Develop and maintain workflows, job aids, escalation paths, and standard work.
• Coordinate issue resolution involving eligibility, scheduling, documentation, and devices.
• Lead clinicians and operational staff with clear priorities and accountability.
• Manage PTO, time sheets, Workday tasks, workload, and staff questions.
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
• Track performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
