Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a healthcare management leader to oversee a team of healthcare management staff, aligning operations with regulatory standards and quality objectives. You will coordinate with area managers to ensure effective member care and implement best practices across the continuum of care.

Responsibilities include developing care plans, monitoring performance, and serving as a liaison with the Account Team and customers. A background in managed care and policy compliance is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a physical or behavioral healthcare setting.
• 1+ year(s) management experience
• 3+ years of experience in managed care
• Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies which relate to medical management

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare management staff and organize high performing teams; ensure alignment with financial, operational and quality objectives.
• Oversee implementation of healthcare management services for assigned area and ensure compliance with NCQA/URAC/state and federal standards.
• Act as liaison with key business areas and participate in customer meetings to support implementation and oversight of customer cultural requirements.
• Develop action plans to grow teams, promote cross-functional collaboration, and model change management and continuous improvement.
