Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare operations experience in ambulatory or clinical settings.
• Experience managing or supporting multi-site clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Optimize day-to-day operational performance across health centers.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize staffing models and schedules.
• Support onboarding and training for operational workflows and systems.
• Lead client relationship activities and ensure delivery against contractual commitments.
• Monitor key operational metrics and drive improvements in patient access and flow.
