Job summary

CenterWell is seeking a Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor to shape strategy and provide operational support for complex Home Health priorities, including clinician productivity and workforce planning to enable growth and high-quality patient care.

You will design, implement, and track initiatives across functions, lead cross‑functional teams, and rely on data-driven decisions, stakeholder engagement, and dashboard planning to drive measurable enterprise value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting or 6+ years in corporate strategy/operations.
• Led significant, quantifiable business impact in strategic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy with roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges.
• Analyze operations and workflows to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Leverage data (analytics and interviews) to support pilots and decisions.
• Create plans for tools and dashboards to enable ongoing tracking.
