Job summary

Banner Health’s IT Orders & Provider Documentation Team is seeking an IT Solution Analyst II for a fully remote role. This position supports Cerner builds and configurations with emphasis on Orders, PowerPlans, Provider Documentation, Health Maintenance, and Power Trials in both acute and ambulatory clinical settings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Cerner build, strong analytics, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Epidemiology, Computer Sciences, Process Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Systems)
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in reporting/analytics in clinical, financial, or related areas
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Conducts stakeholder meetings and documents requirements for system changes
• Designs and validates reports, dashboards and data visualizations across clinical IT domains
• Supports implementation activities, training, and ongoing user support across departments
