Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. seeks an Application Analyst II-BH Clinical Systems to support Cerner-based clinical applications across behavioral health facilities.

You will collaborate with clinicians, IS staff and vendors to tailor system specs, assist with implementations, and provide ongoing education and issue resolution. The role requires experience with Cerner, clinical workflows, and patient care support, including travel up to 40% across regional facilities.

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework towards a Bachelor’s or an Associate’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Cerner experience required within behavioral health clinical workflows.
• Experience with patient care settings and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians to refine software specs and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and management of clinical applications.
• Meet with users, vendors and IS staff to develop/modify system specifications.
• Assist with application implementations and documentation.
• Conduct system testing and documentation for the full lifecycle.
• Perform quality assurance on application functionality.
• Research and resolve implementation-related tickets and changes.
