Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent healthcare informatics/administration experience.
• Proven experience in healthcare IT, business analysis, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of information technology, software solutions, and software management systems.
• Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and effective interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage priorities, and work independently or in teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients as a core member of the project team.
• Configure Arize under guidance to satisfy and exceed requirements.
• Apply knowledge of behavioral healthcare standards to system setup.
• Perform software and integration testing of configured systems.
• Resolve issues requiring changes to applications and solutions.
• Document current workflows to identify business improvements.
• Develop new forms/workflows as needed and assist in documenting requirements.
• Support user training and post-implementation assistance.
• Assist in testing updates and new features for customers.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
