Banner Health is seeking an IT Solution Analyst II who brings technical depth and healthcare IT passion. This fully remote role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on‑call rotation and requires residency in one of the eligible states.

You will work on Cerner build/configuration and related modules, collaborating with clinicians and IT staff to document with precision and support patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of analytics or reporting experience in clinical or IT settings.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills.
• Proficient in SQL/ANSI SQL, SAS, Tableau, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver cross‑functional system changes.
• Develop reports, data repositories, and data definitions.
• Support documentation standards and training materials.
• Provide guidance on data validation and issue resolution.
