Signature Performance seeks a highly capable Business Analyst III to support complex IT and healthcare-related projects in a remote nationwide setup. You will gather requirements, analyze data, and collaborate with developers, clients, and security teams to deliver scalable solutions on time.

You will identify risks, prepare briefing materials for executives, and support release management while guiding cross-functional teams through Agile/Hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years analyzing IT business/environments and processes.
• 2+ years of experience with web-based applications or portals.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.
• Excellent written and oral communication across business, security, and engineering teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides, and Word docs quickly.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Knowledge of life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling and data mining tools.

Responsabilités

• Identify, research, and resolve business, usability, process, and technical problems.
• Gather requirements, document them, and work with developers to estimate and build solutions.
• Extract data from disparate systems to create meaningful BI for process improvement.
