Draeger is seeking a Sales Executive (Workplace Infrastructure) for a remote role covering the Western States. You will own the sales cycle—from prospecting to close—for both commercial and government hospital markets, traveling up to 75% within the territory.

Bring 3–7 years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience, strong consultative sales skills, and the ability to engage with C-suite, project managers, and clinical stakeholders to design smarter hospital infrastructure solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 7 years of success in healthcare capital equipment sales or marketing.
• Experience selling to both commercial and government hospital markets.
• Ability to teach, simplify complex concepts, and build trust.
• Proven track record in strategic, complex selling and lead generation.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Attain sales quota in the assigned territory for commercial and government hospital business.
• Collaborate with Service, Marketing, and Customer Support to deliver a unified Drager experience.
• Contribute to territory strategy, market development, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure interactions from installation to post-sale support build trust.
• Maintain customer information including prospecting, qualification, funnel management and forecasting.
