Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is hiring a Sales Executive for Workplace Infrastructure. This remote role covers the Mid-Atlantic region (DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, SC) and reports to the Director, Business Development.

You will drive quota attainment, qualify opportunities, deliver product demonstrations and quotes, and coordinate with clinical, architectural, and service teams to position the Draeger solution. The role requires 3–7 years of healthcare capital equipment sales, consultative selling skills, and travel

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of healthcare capital equipment sales required.
• Experience with architectural products in hospital settings preferred.
• Ability to teach and communicate complex concepts.
• Experience in strategic, complex selling environments.
• Experience with cold calling and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales quota in the assigned territory for commercial and government hospital business.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans with the Director, Business Development to grow the territory.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close and drive Draeger programs.
• Demonstrate and quote products; align to customer workflow and requirements.
• Maintain ownership of the customer through installation and service.
• Coordinate with other sales, service, and marketing staff to share market insights.
• Maintain accurate customer data including funnel management and forecasting.
