Draeger is seeking a Sales Executive – Workplace Infrastructure to advance a broad portfolio within healthcare facilities across Texas and Oklahoma. This remote role requires up to 75% travel and collaboration with hospital admins, architects, and procurement teams to win new construction, renovation, and upgrade projects.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of healthcare capital equipment or related complex sales experience.
• Experience working with hospital executives and procurement teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth for Workplace Infrastructure across Texas and Oklahoma.
• Identify and win new hospital construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects.
• Engage with architects, equipment planners, contractors, and hospital stakeholders.
• Lead full sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Translate clinical and workflow needs into solution offerings for operating rooms and critical-care environments.
• Maintain a strong project pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Coordinate internal resources to win and execute projects.
• Build long-term relationships with hospitals and health systems.
