Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. seeks an Implementation Specialist to drive technology solution deployments for physicians and clinicians across the enterprise.

You will partner with project teams to manage timelines and ensure timely delivery, acting as a liaison between corporate and facility/division teams. You will develop deployment plans, execute activities at multiple levels, escalate risks, and collaborate with Education to design training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 1+ year of healthcare implementations preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and presentation abilities with ability to present to stakeholders.
• Problem solving is a core competency with ability to analyze processes and risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable deployment plans for current technology solutions.
• Execute implementation activities at corporate, division, and facility levels.
• Escalate issues and risks to appropriate parties at facility, division, and corporate levels.
• Apply critical thinking to solve issues that arise during projects.
• Coordinate communication among all project team members.
• Collaborate with Education Team to design and develop training materials.
• Communicate project status to team and leadership.
• Train end users on proper use of the application.
• Develop best practices for future implementations.
