Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle for Elsevier Clinical Solutions products.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with timelines and risks.
• Serve as primary customer contact during implementation across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with clinical, IT, and operations stakeholders and ensure adoption.
