HCA Healthcare, Inc. seeks an Implementation Specialist to drive technology solution deployments for physicians and clinicians across the enterprise.

You will partner with project teams to manage timelines and ensure timely delivery, acting as a liaison between corporate and facility/division teams. You will develop deployment plans, execute activities at multiple levels, escalate risks, and collaborate with Education to design training materials.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required and 1+ year of healthcare implementations preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Strong organizational and presentation abilities with ability to present to stakeholders.
• Problem solving is a core competency with ability to analyze processes and risks.

Job Summary

The Implementation Specialist executes on and actively participates in the implementation of technology solutions for our physicians and clinicians across the HCA Healthcare enterprise. They collaborate with other project team members to manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of key project needs. This role serves as the liaison between the corporate teams and our customers on the facility and division teams.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable deployment plans for current technology solutions
• Execute implementation activities at a corporate, division, and facility level
• Escalate issues and risks to appropriate parties at facility, division, and corporate levels
• Utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve issues that arise
• Coordinate communication amongst all project team members
• Collaborate with the Education Team in the design and development of training programs or project specific materials to support the workflows to be implemented.
• Communicate project status amongst the team and up through project and department leadership
• Train end users on the proper use of the application
• Develop best practices to be utilized for future implementations

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ year(s) of experience in healthcare implementations preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills required
• Possesses good organizational and presentation skills. Demonstrated presentation/public speaking skills and experience required
• Problem solving is a required core competency. Analyzes the components of the process including distinctive characteristics, constraints, limitations, requirements, and risks required

• This is a remote position that may require 76% or more travel.
