Job summary

CureMD Corporation is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead healthcare technology deployments and ensure successful adoption across ambulatory practices. You will act as the primary client contact, guiding workflow analysis, data migrations, system configuration, and go-live readiness while maintaining a focus on customer success.

The role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and the ability to travel up to 40% to support client sites and virtual sessions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing healthcare tech including EHR/EMR, PM, RCM, and patient engagement.
• Experience in ambulatory/outpatient environments and managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of CureMD solutions across departments.
• Serve as primary client contact, driving adoption and satisfaction.
• Develop project plans, timelines, risk plans, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Deliver end-user training and post-Go-Live support.
