Job summary

FSI is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive successful ancillary application implementations for healthcare customers. You will translate designs into configured, tested, deployable solutions and own the quality and readiness across projects.

Remote role with travel required; collaborate with customers, project managers and internal teams to deliver on-time, high-quality go-lives in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise applications in healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate requirements into tested configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery sessions and document requirements.
• Serve as main contact during onboarding.
• Execute database/segments creation and data mapping.
• Configure core system and ancillary applications.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and QA testing.
• Support go-lives with cross-functional teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
