Qualifications

• Collaborate with project leadership, ITG, and other teams to define new functionality.
• Apply evidence-based practice and interpersonal skills in clinical implementation.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead project teams before, during, and after implementations.
• Develop and drive innovative clinical implementation solutions.
• Create standardized approaches for clinical implementation.
• Maintain project guidance and documentation across facilities.
