Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst in the United States to lead complex analytical initiatives strengthening delegated healthcare oversight, performance, and regulatory compliance.

The role involves transforming data into actionable insights, developing metrics, and reporting to support decisions and continuous improvement. This remote position requires experience across clinical, operational, and analytics teams and readiness to support DHS/CMS audits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in a healthcare/administrative field.
At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to translate findings into recommendations.
Experience evaluating performance against standards, identifying gaps, and supporting improvement plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across departments.
Strong organizational skills, meticulous audit documentation, and deadline management.
Remote-work eligibility within approved states and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

Develop performance metrics and analytics to evaluate delegated entity performance, quality outcomes, and compliance.
Identify trends, risks, and gaps across delegated programs; communicate findings to stakeholders.
Conduct comprehensive audits of delegated entities, document findings, and propose actions.
Drive corrective actions with internal teams and delegated partners; monitor progress.
Support DHS and CMS audit preparation, data validation, and documentation collection.
Manage audit requests, coordinate responses, and track findings to resolution.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align data across reports, submissions, and tools.
Provide analytical guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and interpretation of results.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, oversight procedures, and tools.
Contribute strategic recommendations to strengthen delegated oversight and program performance.
