Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Delegate Improvement Auditor / Analyst in the United States for a fully remote role. You will lead audits, develop performance metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance across delegated partners.

Collaborating with clinical, operational, compliance, and analytics teams, you will translate complex data into actionable insights, support DHS/CMS audits, and drive corrective actions to improve care quality and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field with 5+ years experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards, identifying compliance gaps, documenting findings, and supporting improvement plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance metrics and analytical insights to evaluate delegated entity performance and regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities across delegated programs and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct audits and oversee delegate performance, documenting findings and recommended actions.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement with internal teams and delegated partners.
• Coordinate government audit support for DHS and CMS audits, including data validation and documentation collection.
• Manage audit requests and follow-up, tracking findings and coordinating resolutions.
