Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of professional work experience beyond the degree.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, develop metrics, and translate findings into actions.
• Experience evaluating performance against standards and documenting findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-department collaboration.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to audit documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment on complex projects.
• Preferred: care coordination or government healthcare program experience; Medicaid/SNP knowledge.
• Project/program management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain metrics evaluating delegated entity performance, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Produce reports turning complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities to support decisions.
• Conduct comprehensive audits against contractual and regulatory standards.
• Document findings and recommended corrective actions.
• Coordinate government audit support for DHS and CMS audits.
• Manage audit requests, track findings, and coordinate resolutions.
• Strengthen cross-functional data integration and data consistency.
• Provide analytical guidance on metrics, reporting standards, and methods.
• Suggest improvements to reporting workflows and oversight procedures.
