Harris Healthcare is seeking a business‑oriented Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team. This role focuses on U.S. healthcare and technology contracts across a global software portfolio, reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team. This remote role is open to candidates across the United States.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor degree and active Bar admission in a State.
• 4+ years of experience at a reputable firm or company.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for tech contracts and HIPAA issues.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts for customers and vendors.
• Lead end-to-end structuring, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing corporate and commercial transactions.
• Create and maintain template agreements based on business and legal requirements.
• Advise internal clients and cross-functional teams on legal risks and needs.
• Interact with external counsel on negotiations and dispute resolution.
• Identify legal trends and risks in the regulatory environment for healthcare tech.
