Harris Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team. This remote US role focuses on HIPAA, data privacy, and technology contracts within the healthcare software space. The candidate will draft, negotiate, and close a wide range of commercial agreements and lead corporate transactions as appropriate.

Qualified candidates will have a JD, 4+ years of relevant experience, and strong business judgment. Travel is minimal; the role reports to Associate General Counsel, Privacy.

Qualifikationen

• JD required and licensed to practice law in at least one US state.
• 4+ years of experience at a well-respected firm or company.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and business judgment with experience in technology contracts and US healthcare law.

Aufgaben

• Manage legal matters for Harris Healthcare business units.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including licenses, services, and NDAs.
• Lead, as appropriate, structuring and closing corporate and commercial transactions from start to finish.
• Create and maintain template agreements aligned with business and legal needs.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to advise internal clients and support growth.
• Monitor legal trends and regulatory developments relevant to the business.
