Job summary

Harris Healthcare is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join the Legal Team. The role focuses on technology contracts, software licenses, and US healthcare laws including HIPAA. This remote position is open to candidates across the U.S.

and reports to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience with strong drafting and business judgment, and a JD with a State Bar admission.

Qualifications

• Must have a JD and be in good standing of a State Bar.
• 4+ years of experience at a respected firm or company handling technology contracts and healthcare law.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to give clear business-focused advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters for assigned Harris Healthcare business units.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including licenses, services and development agreements.
• Lead, on experience level, structuring and closing corporate and commercial transactions.
• Create and maintain template agreements aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support growth.
• Resolve disputes and advise on regulatory and privacy risks.
