• Knowledge of US healthcare law and HIPAA compliance.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology and software license agreements.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters for Harris Healthcare business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and licenses.
• Lead end-to-end corporate and commercial transactions when appropriate.
• Create and maintain template agreements aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support growth.
• Interact with customers, vendors, and external counsel as needed.
• Identify legal risks and trends in a changing regulatory environment.
