Harris Healthcare is seeking a business-oriented, motivated Corporate Counsel to join our Legal Team. This role focuses on U.S. healthcare and technology businesses and offers remote work across the United States.

You will report to the Associate General Counsel, Privacy, and bring 4+ years of experience with technology contracts, software license agreements, and US healthcare laws including HIPAA. Strong drafting, negotiation, and business-minded judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• JD degree and active State Bar membership in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience from a well-respected firm or company.
• Experience with technology contracts, software license agreements, and US healthcare laws incl. HIPAA.
• Ability to draft, negotiate and close corporate and commercial transactions.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for legal matters for assigned Harris Healthcare business units.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and contracts for customers and vendors.
• Lead, from start to finish, structuring, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and closing corporate and commercial transactions.
• Create and maintain template agreements based on business and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to identify needs and support growth.
• Represent Harris Healthcare with customers, vendors and partners; liaise with external counsel.
• Review regulatory trends and risks as the environment changes.
