- Experience drafting and negotiating technology licenses and commercial contracts.
- Strong business judgment and exceptional drafting skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle legal matters for designated Harris Healthcare units.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and licenses.
- Lead end-to-end corporate and commercial transactions as appropriate.
- Create and maintain template agreements aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and cross-functional teams to support growth.
- Monitor legal trends and regulatory changes affecting business units.
